Partnering with a real estate agent, like myself, with in-depth local knowledge and lots of experience buying and selling real estate, can help you navigate the process successfully.
Marketing and Negotiation
I have been buying and selling real estate in Spokane, WA, for more than a decade and I have handled a large number of sales and purchases. I apply targeted marketing techniques to the process of marketing a home to ensure your property is advertised widely, looks attractive to buyers and the sales materials highlight the best of your home.
My negotiation skills have helped many buyers and sellers get the best price for their home and I use my extensive knowledge to help my buyers make competitive offers, and advise sellers on the merits of the offers they receive.
My success is built on my commitment to my clients and their real estate needs. Buying and selling real estate is traditionally focused on sales, and of course I wouldn’t be a successful real estate agent if I didn’t have terrific marketing and negotiation skills. But I also focus on the people I work with, what they need and the support they are looking for to keep the real estate transaction as stress free as possible.
My role is to take away the uncertainty for my clients. To help them identify where they want to live, the type of property they really want, and apply my knowledge of the local market so they can make an informed decision about making an offer (if they’re buying) and accepting an offer (if they’re selling).

My knowledge of the local area and the housing market has helped my clients to make informed decisions throughout the real estate transaction. I can provide comparative market prices to buyers and sellers so they have the data on which to base any offer they make as a buyer, or accept/refuse an offer as a seller.
I can also provide information and advice on local neighborhoods, local schools etc. to help clients decide which neighborhoods they would like to live in.
